Immediate attention to the fire alarm is crucial!!! No need for dirty towels to be handed out, it sets the wrong tone!!! Cleaning supplies should be considered as the upkeep clearly needs a refresher!!!

We had a fun stay with the kids! It’s not far from the Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club, which was great for some leisure time. The spacious room gave us enough room to unwind after a busy day exploring the area.
My wife says that the housekeeping hours were too early for us.

While the customer service was friendly, the room left much to be desired. There was a distinct odor of mold, and the condition of the ceiling indicated significant water damage. The AC filter was filthy, and the sheets on the bed were less than clean, with an unpleasant brown stain. Despite the high price point, amenities were sorely lacking, making this a less than ideal choice.
